Oscar Marquez Seminars has been providing quality training since our founding in June 2000. It is our mission to empower Real Estate agents to achieve higher levels of success through the learning of tested and proven listing and selling techniques. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to promote our programs one office and one agent at the time.

Oscar Marquez began his selling career at the age of four when he sold one of his classmate’s Barbie doll to another classmate in kindergarten class. His selling experience continued to include selling encyclopedias door to door, household items, and evolved to selling mortgages and Real Estate.

In 1997, Oscar joined Floyd Wickman Courses as a professional trainer and, after a successful career there, in June of 2000 opted to open his own Real Estate training company.

Over 76% of graduating students who complete his signature program Heavy Hitters increase their productivity by an average of 83% over the previous year.

Currently Oscar is still actively listing and selling real estate in the New York City area, he is one of the few trainers who still practices what he preaches.
